Scientific Threefold Deliverance Movement of Christ and its entrusted ministry team provide prayer, worship music, silence, religious encouragement, spiritual companionship, and witness records within a Christian framework. Where remote ministry is offered, it is arranged through reviewed official channels.
This ministry is not medical care. It does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis, prescriptions, psychotherapy, emergency response, hospitalization arrangements, or a guarantee of outcome. We will not require you to stop, reduce, or change medication, treatment, follow-up, counseling, or any other care arranged by qualified professionals. Discuss every healthcare decision with a qualified clinician or mental-health professional.
The movement’s belief that some difficulties may involve a spiritual dimension requiring discernment under Christ’s authority is a religious understanding. It is not a medical judgment about your body, mental state, cause of symptoms, or another person’s condition. Prayer, religious encouragement, restraining prayer, and other spiritual actions are not physical or medical interventions upon a person.
Applying only asks for review. It does not mean acceptance, scheduling, or any particular form of support. The ministry may decline, pause, adjust, or end support for safety, resources, discernment, service capacity, or another legitimate reason, and does not promise a result, timing, frequency, or duration.
I. Eligibility and voluntary decision
- I am at least [18 / the applicable age of majority] and can give this consent; otherwise a lawful guardian must submit the request and complete a separate guardian-consent process.
- I am applying voluntarily, without coercion through fear, humiliation, money, donations, organization status, spiritual status, loss of blessing, or any other pressure.
- I may stop viewing content, leave online contact, or withdraw consent for future participation at any time. Leaving does not affect emergency care, existing care, or basic personal rights.
- Application, participation, testimony, joining the Deliverance Witness Ministry, sharing material, giving a donation, and supporting research are independent. A donation does not buy grace, an outcome, priority, a ministry office, organization eligibility, or spiritual status.
II. Nature and boundaries of ministry
- I request religious ministry rather than medical or mental-health care. It may include prayer, worship music or video, silence, religious encouragement, online companionship, and other spiritual support only after human review and explicit confirmation.
- The movement may frame some difficulties through spiritual discernment concerning a person and potentially related spirits. This is not a medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis and does not replace my relationship with qualified care providers.
- This ministry does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure cancer or other physical disease; First Deliverance is not a pathway for their treatment.
- Any deeper or one-to-one support needs separate human review and explicit confirmation. This consent does not authorize unlisted services, research, recording, public testimony, paid offerings, or in-person events.
- I will follow the page-specific directions for spiritual content and will not layer, forward private links, or instruct another person in their use on my own.
- This request gives me no spiritual ability, ministry office, disciplinary authority, or authority over another person. I will not declare that another person is possessed or persuade them to abandon professional care.
III. Medical and emergency safety
- I will continue to follow the advice of my clinicians and licensed professionals. I will not stop, alter, delay, or abandon care, medication, counseling, or emergency help because of this ministry.
- If I experience self-harm or harm-to-others risk, severe loss of control, an acute mental-health crisis, epilepsy, or another suspected emergency, I will immediately contact local emergency services, a crisis line, an emergency department, or my medical team, and a trusted family member or caregiver. I will not treat online ministry as an emergency service.
- The movement does not provide 24-hour crisis response and cannot guarantee immediate replies or assume responsibility for medical emergency response, crisis intervention, guardianship, or replacement of a care network.
- If participation increases fear, insomnia, confusion, impulsivity, auditory experiences, or another unsafe reaction, I will stop and seek professional or crisis support first. The ministry team may recommend a pause or appropriate real-world support.

IV. Risks, no guarantee, and privacy
Prayer, music, silence, and discussion of sensitive experiences can bring emotional fluctuation, fear, grief, memories, sleep changes, religious uncertainty, disagreement with family or faith communities, or other unexpected experiences. No peace, response, release, symptom change, spiritual experience, relationship improvement, or other outcome is promised.
Testimony, personal experience, and case records are not automatically scientific conclusions. Any EEG or other human research requires independent ethical review and separate, specific research consent. Without that consent, an applicant is not a research participant.
The application may collect only necessary contact, age-confirmation, voluntary situation, risk-screening, participation, and communication information for review, safety assessment, contact, and internal ministry administration. Your name, contact information, image, voice, chats, medical record, religious experience, or testimony will not be made public, promoted, used for fundraising, or used in research through this consent alone. Recording, anonymized case use, research-data use, or public testimony each requires separate, explicit, revocable consent.
V. Conduct and termination
Do not use ministry material to pressure, frighten, discriminate against, control, or seek money from another person; impersonate a ministry office; conduct unauthorized deliverance; or replace professional care. Do not share private links, internal material, participant identities, or case information; do not record or redistribute ministry communications without written permission. Do not treat any worker, Witness, Shepherd of spirits, or Minister Wu as a medical provider, absolute authority, or replacement for a real-world support network.
The ministry may immediately pause, limit, or end contact after a serious rule breach, acute safety risk, or where continued participation is unsuitable, and may recommend emergency or professional support as needed.
VI. Electronic acknowledgement
By using a future secure submission channel, I confirm that I have read and understood these terms, had an opportunity to ask questions through [contact email / form], and voluntarily request participation in religious ministry.
Required acknowledgement boxes must never be preselected: adult capacity or guardian consent; understanding that this is religious ministry rather than medical, mental-health, or emergency care; agreement not to alter or delay care; knowledge of emergency-first steps; understanding that spiritual framing is not a diagnosis; understanding that review is discretionary and participation may end; agreement to this consent and the linked privacy policy.
