Church Partnership and Demon Discipline Center

Church Partnership & Demon Discipline Center

Church partnership establishes local nodes for the Scientific Threefold Deliverance Movement of Christ in the United States 0–1 starting phase. A partner church becomes a real gathering place for Shepherds of spirits, Witnesses, research, and Second Deliverance work.

Core meaning: God’s authority taking root in the world

Second Deliverance faces more than individual distress. It also faces the harm of demons, satanic bondage, and disorder in the spirit world. Demons challenge human freedom through fear, injury, and control, and they challenge Christ’s governance over the spirit world.

Authority becomes clear in confrontation. When a church faces demons that refuse correction and keep harming people—when it does not leave evil as unchallenged darkness, and when satanic bondage loses its hold on people—Christ’s judgment, governance, and whip become order in the world, not words alone.

This is the meaning of conquering demons: the spirit world learns that people are not left open to invasion and domination; the church on earth sees that Christ’s authority can enter the most stubborn places of disorder. Shepherds of spirits continue pastoral care, discernment, and formation here. Whip-Bearing Pastors take up discipline when needed. A partner church thus becomes an outlet where God’s authority arrives from the spirit world into the world.

Three functions of a partner church

Each partner church may undertake one or more of the following functions according to its capacity.

1. Gathering Shepherds of spirits and Witnesses

A partner church may carry out the full ordinary work of Shepherds of spirits: shepherding possessing spirits; coordinating host and possessing spirits into mutual-shepherding fellowship; accompanying patients; receiving third-party First-Hand Evidence Witnesses; and collecting and submitting material suitable for discernment.

Shepherds of spirits, Witnesses, and people who need in-person collaboration gather here, giving long-term formation, material preservation, and local witness a stable point of support.

2. Spirit Medicine and a routine EEG center

Where conditions allow, a partner church may establish a routine EEG center and work with medical research institutions on Spirit Medicine research, records, and material collaboration.

3. Demon Discipline Center

A partner church may prepare a separate room of 15–50 square meters, with dedicated facilities, as a Demon Discipline Center and the place where Whipping 3 is carried out. Larger is better: more floor area can receive more patients.

Why Whipping 3 must be local

This deliverance is carried out only in the spirit. At no stage is there bodily contact with the person. “Death” means the unclean spirit is destroyed. It never means the person.

For unclean spirits, ordinary work may proceed through the internet. When a Whip-Bearing Pastor helps, the patient may remain at home and still enter a disciplinary process toward the spirit.

But many possessing spirits on people with psychiatric illness are demon-level. After the power of Whipping 3 arrives from the spirit world, it must form a physical outlet in a real place. SMS and the Whip-Bearing Pastor must operate together in the same physical setting through the spirit world; the internet can carry sound and image, but it cannot carry this step.

Therefore Whipping 3 must be carried out offline in a Demon Discipline Center. The center also receives high-intensity cases linked to powerful demons, cult-related sites, haunted houses, and graded work concerning demons and satanic bondage.

A, B, and C partner-church classifications

ClassFunctions it may undertake
Class A partner churchCollaborating with medical research institutions and establishing a routine EEG center, and conducting designated Spirit Medicine research; maintaining a Demon Discipline Center as the place where Whipping 3 is carried out
Class B partner churchEstablishing a routine EEG center, without undertaking designated Spirit Medicine research; maintaining a Demon Discipline Center
Class C partner churchMaintaining a Demon Discipline Center

A church may request reassessment as its capacity and collaboration conditions change.

What a church receives through partnership

A partner church becomes a findable local node for threefold deliverance and is marked on the public map with its A, B, or C class.

Shepherds of spirits, third-party First-Hand Evidence Witnesses, and research collaborators can establish a stable gathering point at the church. The church can preserve its own witness material, take part in Spirit Medicine research interfaces, and stay connected with partner nodes in other regions.

As more congregants, researchers, and people seeking spiritual help come here, the church holds a more concrete place of service: preparing an accessible local place for God’s authority, witness, and research.

Map and coverage area

Partner churches will appear on the public map by A, B, or C class for Shepherds of spirits, Witnesses, research collaborators, and churches to locate.

To preserve each center’s capacity and regional order, partner churches of the same class are normally not duplicated within a 5-kilometer area. Each center serves its own stable area and forms a coverage network with other centers.

What a church needs to prepare

  1. One or more verified Shepherds of spirits;
  2. A separate room of 15–50 square meters (larger is better; more space can receive more patients);
  3. The venue, equipment, or research-collaboration conditions needed for its requested A, B, or C class;
  4. A partnership contact appointed by the church;
  5. Willingness to collaborate over time with the Sacred Order, SMRA, Shepherds of spirits, and third-party First-Hand Evidence Witnesses.

First partner nodes in the United States

Church partnership currently unfolds only in the United States 0–1 starting phase. The public map will show confirmed partner nodes, their regions, and their A, B, or C classifications.

Centers of the same class are normally not duplicated within a 5-kilometer area. Covered regions may register as waitlisted; uncovered regions may apply with priority to become first partner nodes.

From application to listing

  1. A church voluntarily submits its location, church background, current Shepherds of spirits, venue and equipment conditions, requested classification, and medical research-institution contact.
  2. The Sacred Order and relevant collaborators confirm the Shepherds, venue, and classification.
  3. The church establishes partnership contact and research or center coordination as needed.
  4. The church is listed on the public map as a partner node for its region.

The first listed churches will become a starting point later partner nodes can refer to.
