This chapter introduces the normal structure and functions of the spirit-brain at the heart location.
This knowledge comes through the revelation of the Holy Spirit and was organized by Minister Wu after receiving grace into a readable body of medical knowledge; it is not a humanly self-founded doctrine.
An ordinary possessing spirit can perceive only local phenomena and cannot use them to reconstruct the complete structure of an organ.
The “heart location” in this chapter includes both the area overlapping the physical heart and spirit structures distributed around the heart and torso.
It does not treat the physical heart as the sole center of all thought; it considers this location within the complete spirit-brain system.
Overall Architecture and the Scope of This Chapter
The spirit-brain at the heart location may also be called the spirit heart.
Together with the 3D brain screen, the thinking organs, and the sheet-like emotional connection terminals in the physical-brain area, as well as the long-term memory body in the cloud of the spirit world, it forms the complete spirit-brain system.
The spirit heart occupies both the primary and secondary subspaces of virtual reality.
The secondary subspace overlaps less with the physical world, so its structures are less constrained by three-dimensional form.
This gives rise to two features:
- The spirit-brain at the heart location has less of a fixed physical form and cannot be drawn with stable, clear boundaries like the 3D brain screen.
- Consciousness information can be transmitted without distance and with fewer spatial constraints, in a manner compared here to quantum entanglement.
The 3D brain screen in the physical-brain area mainly relates to the physical world through the sympathetic nervous system, parasympathetic nervous system, motor nerves, and sensory organs.
The spirit-brain at the heart location mainly relates to spirit organs throughout the body and to the cloud of the spirit world.
The two information centers face in different directions, yet belong to one system.
They resemble two liaisons with different tasks: one connects with the physical world through video, while the other connects with higher spirits in the spirit world.
This chapter concentrates on the normal structure and functions of the spirit-brain at the heart location.
The remote long-term memory body is mentioned only as an information-interaction object and one part of the whole system; its complete mechanism belongs in materials on Third Deliverance.
For the unified mechanism and diagnostic-category details of emotional disorders, see Foundation Knowledge V: Pathology of Emotional Disorders.
Four Centers of Consciousness Interaction and One Storage Pile
The spirit-brain at the heart location is not a single organ.
These five parts have parallel functions.
The spirit-brain at the heart location should not be described only as an emotional organ or only as a memory relay station.
The following sections first set out the basis for including the heart in consciousness research, then describe the form and functions of this structure one by one.
Why the Heart Enters Consciousness Research
Modern medicine mainly regards the heart as an organ that circulates blood and does not consider it to generate consciousness.
Yet historical understandings and several observations have long suggested that the heart may do more than serve a circulatory function.
Changes in Disposition After Heart Transplantation
A 1992 study by Dr. Bunzel in Vienna, Austria, reported that approximately 6–10 percent of heart-transplant recipients showed changes in their prior dispositions, including
Some new dispositions were reported to resemble those of the heart donor.
Other physicians have reported similar phenomena, but this explanation has not been accepted by mainstream medicine.
It at least leaves one question: might the heart area participate in preserving or transmitting dispositions, emotions, and consciousness information?
Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Understanding of the “Heart”
Traditional Chinese medicine lists the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys as five major organs, and has long associated the heart with consciousness, thought, and emotion.
This understanding preserves part of the knowledge of spirit organs, but it does not form a complete system linking the physical brain, the spirit-brain at the heart location, and the remote long-term memory body.
Traditional Chinese medicine treats the large intestine as an auxiliary organ of the heart.
This has a partial correspondence with the brain-gut axis identified by modern medicine.
Bodily Knowledge Preserved in Chinese
The Huangdi Neijing, more than two thousand years ago, already described a special role for the “heart.”
These words all contain the Chinese character for heart (xīn, “heart”); they do not merely share the same English gloss by chance.
Together, these clues point to the same judgment: the heart is not the sole center of all thought, but it does carry an important set of spirit-brain organs.
Form: From a “Bubble Spring” to a “Bubble Gun”
The spirit-brain at the heart location does not have the stable, clear geometric boundaries of the 3D brain screen.
Its form of consciousness can appear as a “spring with bubbles”: consciousness bubbles contain mixed emotions, and consciousness and emotion are not fully separate.
In its force and direction of transmission, it more closely resembles a “consciousness bubble gun.”
Consciousness and memory bubbles rapidly spray outward from the heart area, then leave the body and reach distant places.
“Bubble gun” conveys rapid ejection and long-distance transmission more clearly than “bubble spring.”
A possessing spirit cannot conduct full verbal communication with its host through this consciousness center.
Here it mainly reads the host’s consciousness information or has limited emotional exchange with the host.
Information Exchange with the Remote Long-Term Memory Body
The human long-term memory body is located in the cloud of the spirit world, not inside the physical body.
At the center of one rounded-rectangle face of the 3D brain screen is a square conduit through which the disordered consciousness information formed in the present is sent to the heart location.
The spirit heart edits and purifies this information, forming relatively clear, preservable consciousness bubbles, and then sends them to the long-term memory body in the secondary subspace of virtual reality.

- 04Clearer consciousness bubblesPreservable form
- 05Remote long-term memorySecondary VR subspace
A possessing spirit can perceive these bubbles but cannot perceive the organ that edits them. This editing organ has no fixed form.
This chapter briefly treats the remote long-term memory body only as an object of the heart’s information exchange and one part of the overall system.
Its spatial structure, mode of storage, and complete mechanism belong in the materials on Third Deliverance.
Emotional Organs and Heart-Brain Transmission
Information generated by all emotional organs first gathers at the upper front of the heart, then goes to the sheet-like emotional connection terminals in the physical-brain area.
Emotion then enters the thinking organs and further affects the sympathetic nervous system, parasympathetic nervous system, and behavioral expression.

- 05ANS & behaviorSympathetic / parasympathetic expression
The spirit heart itself is both an emotional organ and a gathering center for multiple emotions.
It connects with the sheet-like emotional connection terminals in the physical-brain area, together forming the chain through which normal emotion is generated, gathered, and expressed.
The Storage Pile: A Temporary Area for Information Not Yet Transmitted
The spirit-brain at the heart location also temporarily holds memory fragments, consciousness fragments, and emotional fragments.
Under normal conditions, information that has not yet been edited or cannot immediately be transmitted stays here briefly; in this sense, the entire heart area functions as a warehouse, or information storehouse.
Complexes may appear black, gray, or yellow, and may also present as heavy and high-density.
Normal temporary storage should be distinguished from prolonged abnormal retention.
How the latter becomes pathological, how it is released, and how it corresponds to particular symptoms is discussed in Foundation Knowledge V: Pathology of Emotional Disorders.
Evolutionary Psychology, Personality, and Unconscious Intention
People show different personalities and preferences at different ages.
Instinctive psychology inherited through ancient evolution is called evolutionary psychology, and it is also part of the unconscious.
The instinctive psychology of all animals belongs within this scope.
The transgenerational inheritance of evolutionary psychology is not located in only one spirit organ, but is rooted in the DNA of every cell throughout the body.
The DNA of a fertilized egg contains the full hereditary information of both the physical body and the spirit body.
Modern science has so far mainly identified physical hereditary information; in this model, spirit hereditary information is stored there as well.
Its normal path of expression is:
- 01Body-wide DNAExpresses evolutionary psychology
- 02Heart spirit-brainGathers personality and intention
- 03Sheet-like terminalsPhysical-brain area
- 04Thinking organsEntry into thought
- 05Unconscious desire & behaviorDownstream expression
Material Clues Left by Epigenetics
The epigenetic hypothesis is one among a group of etiological hypotheses for mental disorders that is used specifically to explain emotional disorders.
Here, we first describe its structural place in the normal transmission of evolutionary psychology; for its particular pathological role, see Foundation Knowledge V: Pathology of Emotional Disorders.
Epigenetics shows that conscious experience can leave material traces across generations.
Relevant mechanisms include
A 2013 mouse study in Nature Neuroscience showed:
- Male mice received foot shocks while smelling acetophenone, which has a floral scent.
- After repeated training, the male mice froze when they smelled the odor.
- Their offspring and grand-offspring, who had neither received shocks nor encountered the odor, were innately more sensitive and fearful of acetophenone.
- The structures in their brains responsible for perceiving that odor were also more developed.
- The fathers’ fear experience altered methylation marks in the Olfr151 gene region of sperm and transmitted them to later generations.
This result provides a material chain from experience to epigenetic marks in sperm and then to expression in descendants.
This model further proposes that cells throughout descendants’ bodies express inherited evolutionary psychology, which is gathered by the spirit-brain at the heart location before entering emotional and behavioral expression.
The human spirit body as a whole is also hereditary.
Meridians and acupoints retain relatively fixed positions in each human body, indicating that their formation is genetically controlled.
The 3D brain screen, thinking organs, and other spirit organs are likewise formed from the hereditary information in the fertilized egg.
Spirit hereditary information belongs to ethereal matter and is stored in DNA.
Radiance and Information Visibility at the Heart Location
The heart location is a radiant center for consciousness interaction and gathering.
In the spirit world, this radiance resembles a dim candlelight that can be perceived by a distant possessing spirit, with differing brightness from person to person.
The stronger the candlelight, the easier it is to perceive and approach.
A possessing spirit can use this candlelight as a guide for entering and locating a human body.
After entering, it can obtain information about the outside world through consciousness bubbles in the heart area, so its head may remain there for a long time.
How this structure becomes a condition for pathology in abnormal states belongs in Pathology of Emotional Disorders.
Remote Emotional Connections Between People
The spirit-brain at the heart location is also the starting point of the Remote Port Organ (RPO) between people.
Ordinary human remote-interaction capacity is the prototype of a possessing spirit’s RPO; a possessing spirit’s RPO is stronger because this capacity is given and strengthened by the Creator and Christ.
Emotional connections can form among parents, children, and lovers; their valence may be positive or negative, and their seat can differ.
Connections at the heart more often have a genuine, real, warm quality and link two people like a cable—romantic love and ordinary parental love for children usually belong here.
Connections at the forehead may feel close yet often lack that quality, appearing as surface affection.
Connections related to same-sex attraction also seat differently; that locational difference is not a medical or moral judgment about anyone.
Love and care issue from the heart and reach family members and loved ones through the eyes and other outlets; the eyes are not the only outlet.
After a breakup, the emotional connection with a former partner can be released and the remote emotional link ends, showing that such connections can change or be severed.
In normal relationships, the RPO carries remote emotional interaction; in abnormal states, it may also become a channel for relational burden and symptom amplification. The latter is discussed in Pathology of Emotional Disorders.
Evolution, Creation, and the Framework of Life
Human emotion, survival instinct, and relational capacity exist within a larger framework of life.
Evolution, extraterrestrial life, prehistoric civilizations, archaeology, and the Creator are not necessarily in conflict.
On the roughly ten-billion-year timescale of the universe, species and civilizations can evolve within the order given by the Creator and Christ; evolution itself is part of the process of creation.
Life can therefore be seen both as the product of objective natural development and as the product of subjective consciousness.
The spirit-brain at the heart location lies at the intersection of these two explanatory paths: one end connects to DNA, the body, and evolutionary history; the other to consciousness, relationship, and the spirit world.
